- Brief talk about the latest findings and science behind the benefits of meditation
- Questions and Sharing
- 10-20 minute guided session
- Master Tip
We recommend securing for yourself the same session each week to establish a solid habit for best results. Consider a backup session because we know life happens! Do keep in mind that if you aren't able to make your session, open it up for another person to enjoy!
