As an energy therapist, I work with you to become aware of and unlock your potential. I use techniques such as Reiki, crystal therapy, creative visualization, as well as some tools from neuroscience and psycho-energy... I combine these different processes for a harmonious and comprehensive support on the path of personal development.

My way of working is the result of my history and learning; it is clear and quite unique. Although specialized in Reiki, I have explored many areas and developed an original method that offers a holistic approach to well-being and balance.

When I provide care, I let my feelings guide me as I use the various tools at my disposal. The key words are kindness and love. Each session is unique and depends on the person receiving it. What I offer is a true step in personal development.

I am working on establishing a simple process: Understanding / Awareness / Release / Deployment. The core of my work is to help you reconnect with your vibration, in harmony with yourself. I strive to create coherence, both through energetic healing and by providing tools for daily use.

I practice Energetic Deployment, guiding each individual towards greater peace, understanding, and well-being.

It was the work on myself that led me down the path of personal development. Traditional therapy allowed me to understand and analyze from a conscious perspective. However, I felt something imprinted elsewhere in my body.

I then turned to so-called alternative techniques. By integrating an energy practice into my daily life, I reconnected with my body and my vibration, and a field of possibilities opened up to me. It was during a trip to Montreal that I discovered Lithotherapy.

I then explored a myriad of techniques and forged my experience and skills. After returning from a trip to Chile, I felt that things were falling into place within me, and I had the desire to share the tools of understanding and development that I had acquired.

I validated my skills in Lithotherapy through certification and trained in Usui Reiki. I studied various fields, from neuroscience to quantum physics, including psycho-energetics. All of this makes my practice so unique today.

It was by focusing on my own healing that I acquired the knowledge and personal development techniques that I now share. I have traveled the path that I accompany you on.

I am now a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and have developed a method that reflects my journey and learning. I deepen my knowledge every day, and I am currently training in Naturopathy and Sophrology to offer you the most comprehensive support possible.

I feel a deep gratitude and immense joy in caring for others and guiding you towards realizing your potential. I fulfill my life mission by accompanying you, and just like you, I grow day by day.

Although energy work is a wonderful tool, nothing is possible without you. If we identify a blockage, I can help you release it, but the benefit will only be temporary if you don’t address the behavior, belief, or memory that caused it.

That’s why I prefer to work over at least 4 to 6 sessions. This sets the transformation process in motion and anchors the change within you. I don’t set a time limit; some people make great progress in six sessions, while others need more time. The duration of the work adapts to each individual.

Energy work can be destabilizing, and the body requires time to integrate the information. It takes time to move forward step by step, calmly and firmly. I offer a comprehensive support system that requires your full engagement in the process.

Between sessions, I provide you with tools and exercises to implement daily, helping you commit to the work and initiate the transformation process. Indeed, without your involvement, I’m just a plumber clearing energetic blockages. What interests me is helping you break free from constraints and allowing you to flourish.
