I am Tony Archambeau, a research and development engineer specializing in web technologies. After several successful experiences in large companies and SMEs, I launched the Organilog project in 2014.

Organilog is a software solution for managing and monitoring remote work. The platform is based on a mobile application (smartphone or tablet) to gather photos and information from stakeholders and transmit them to the company throughout the day. The collected data allows for generating intervention reports for clients or pre-filling monthly work hours, even calculating the profitability of projects. There are many additional features to enhance client relations, such as a dedicated space for end clients or a satisfaction survey for clients to assess the benefits.
How did you come up with the idea?
Several years ago, I was directly confronted with the issue of a landscaping company that had to monitor the site solely through paper files and when employees arrived on-site in the evening. Just entering the paper files to reintroduce them on the computer took 20 hours a week. We worked together to transition from a paper-based solution to a paperless one. A year later, the first prototype was completed, and nearly 6,000 interventions had already been carried out through the platform.
What was the key to your success?
We focused on our uniqueness through the rapid development of new features, a highly polished user experience, and various complementary modules. Additionally, digitizing intervention records is a first step; it seems natural to obtain far more extensive statistics than anything currently available, in order to truly understand where the company could save the most time.
