Holistic coach, in other words, a global approach to the internal and external manifestations of personal and professional problems.

Coaching is in essence a "therapy" which is meant to be BRIEF, i.e. without patients, but rather active people-actors and creators of the change they need, I provide them with the keys to the axes of improvement and transformation. My coaching sessions are structured by transformation plans, based on training sequences in order to reprogram the mental map (the one that leads before coaching, into the wall).

My goal is the liberation, the personal/professional/emotional transformation of the infinite amount of potential of each person. My areas of expertise are: NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Ayurveda (a 5000 year old medicine based on the balance of the 3 doshas), Hypnosis (modified state of consciousness, the one we are aiming at is the Theta state to unravel the interferences in the dialogue of the being with its subconscious, allowing a faster programming, whose benefits are to be maintained like a beautiful garden). I free people from their cage of limiting thoughts and beliefs. People who come to me are aware that after coaching, their lives change dramatically.

It is obvious that many of us have prayed for change in our lives until we realize that change must come from within. It is certain that the beliefs anchored by the system want every individual to think that the work on oneself can only be long, tedious, painful, expensive, over several years sometimes even decades! I teach them that this is also a restrictive, limiting and totally false belief. It is enough to get rid of it, to start the life of your dreams.

All my approaches, whether energetic, ayurvedic, hypnotic, NLP or CBT, remain holistic (global) and not symptomatic. We first find together in less than 30 minutes on the first session of 1h30, the anchor point of the problem, and then Action!

It's a vocation, I have long thought of myself as a commercial, because I am very gifted in communication and incredibly empathetic, however, even outside of the professional context, I often found myself in the position of "Problem Solver" for my close or less close circle of friends, who came to ask me to "cheer them up" by finding a solution to their problem.

Since I was very young, my bedside reading was Françoise Dolto, Paolo Coelho, Boris Cyrulnik... I was also very attracted by the mysteries of the Rishis, the Buddhists, the ancient Egyptians and by the symbols, the history, the stories of all these civilizations which had left so much cultural wealth as a heritage.

It must also be said that my maternal grandfather was above all an alchemist, a magnetizer, a healer and an antiquarian with a passion for ancient Greece and ancient Rome, as well as the inventor of Genie, Albert De Dieu. So there was a lot to ingest from my mother in terms of mysteries, I who was always thirsty for knowledge, had come down to the world at the right place!

Why do my clients prefer me? I don't know if they prefer me, in all humility, however, I do know that I love my clients, because a real bond was created through the coaching.

I always get magical feedback, which warms my heart. It's important for me that they finally feel in their right place, free to move and think in their own way, and it's really exciting for me too to feel that I am contributing to the well-being and awakening of my clients.
