Your brand on the checkout

The checkout page automatically uses the brand elements configured in Settings → Design:

  • Your logo — displayed at the top of the page
  • Your primary color — used for the payment button, links, and visual accents

Your customers see your brand, not PayFacile’s. If you have connected a custom domain, the URL also displays your domain.

What is customizable

You control:

  • The logo and color (via Settings → Design)
  • The product title and description
  • The product image
  • Custom fields added to the form (additional questions)
  • Options and add-ons displayed

The page structure (field layout, step order) is managed by PayFacile to ensure optimal conversion rates and PCI compliance.

The checkout page is fully responsive. It automatically adapts to smartphones and tablets. No need to set up a separate mobile version: your customers will have a smooth experience on any device.
