Website: Can you tell us a little about yourself?
My first job was as a nurse, and then I transitioned into communication about 10 years ago. I wanted to return to my core values, prioritizing people and their health through gentle methods such as aromatherapy, heart coherence, meditation, and nutrition.
I also created a range of organic chocolate infused with essential oils, sourced from pure origins, and coconut sugar, combining the benefits of aromatherapy with chocolate, a superfood. A range of healthy products, a growing niche!
What is your business/project?
Consultation in naturopathy, specializing in stress management through breathing techniques (heart coherence, mindfulness meditation) and essential oil synergies (aromatherapy). Nutritional balance, life coaching.
How did you come up with the idea?
As the director of a communication agency, I was extremely stressed, which likely contributed to a car accident. Immobilized, I had to confront pain and undergo heavy allopathic treatments that had more side effects than benefits. I managed to overcome this event thanks to mindfulness meditation.
As a former nurse, I was already a health professional; I specialized in naturopathy studies at the University of Medicine Paris 13 and took a course in aromatherapy, convinced that health is primarily a matter of prevention.
What was the key to your success?
Patients tend to feel more at ease with a healthcare professional. As a former nurse, I have a background that reassures people in this world of alternative medicine where anything can be found.
How do you use PayFacile?
I offer my patients the option to pay for their consultations remotely by phone, as well as the ability to download digital content, such as the audio guide for heart coherence in .mp3 (a breathing training guide to help manage your stress better).
I also provide subscriptions, prevention programs to stay fit for as long as possible, thus avoiding getting sick! A BOX with chocolate, organic essential oils, and superfoods enhances my offerings.
