Configure footer navigation

Customize your PayFacile store footer: add links to legal pages, social media, and resources.

The footer appears at the bottom of every page in your store. It’s the ideal place for legal links, social media, and secondary pages.

To configure it, go to Store → Footer Navigation (or access it from the page editor, “Footer” tab).

The footer is organized in columns. Each column can contain multiple links grouped under a title. For example:

  • “Legal” column — Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Legal Notice
  • “Resources” column — Blog, FAQ, Support
  • “Follow us” column — links to your social media profiles

Add columns and links as needed. Each link can point to an internal page, a product, or an external URL.

If you’ve configured your legal pages in Settings → Billing → Legal notices, you can link them directly from the footer. PayFacile automatically generates Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages from the information you’ve entered.

Add an item in the footer and select the corresponding legal page as the destination.

The footer style (colors, spacing) automatically adapts to your brand identity. You can adjust background and text colors from the footer style settings in the page editor.

Changes apply to all pages in your store simultaneously.

FAQ

Is the footer mandatory?
No, but it is strongly recommended. A footer with legal links (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy) is a legal requirement in most European countries for online stores.
Can I add social media links?
Yes. Add an external link for each social network (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.) in a dedicated footer column.
