Switch between accounts

Managing multiple stores? Switch between them without logging out.

If you belong to multiple PayFacile accounts, or own your store while collaborating on another vendor’s, the account switcher lets you jump between them instantly.

Where to find it

Top of the sidebar. When you have access to multiple accounts, a dropdown shows the active account name. Click to see all your accounts.

Use cases

You own multiple stores, each with its own account. You are an Agent or Editor for another vendor while running your own. You are an accountant reviewing payments for several clients.

How it works

Select the account you want. The dashboard reloads with that account’s data. Your permissions depend on the role assigned to you on each account. You can be Owner on yours and Agent on a client’s.

Good to know

Switching is instant — no logout needed. The store name in the sidebar always tells you where you are. If the switcher doesn’t appear, you only have access to one account.
