Link your own domain name to your PayFacile store for a professional image and better SEO.

Why use your own domain?

By default, your store is accessible at your-slug.payfacile.com. This works, but a custom domain (e.g. shop.yoursite.com or www.yoursite.com) strengthens your brand, builds trust with customers, and improves your search engine ranking (SEO).

Google favors sites with their own domain. Your customers will see your name in the address bar, not PayFacile’s.

Add your domain in PayFacile

Go to Settings → Domain. Enter your full domain name (e.g. www.yoursite.com or shop.yoursite.com). PayFacile will then show you which DNS records to configure with your registrar.

You can use a root domain (yoursite.com) or a subdomain (shop.yoursite.com). Subdomains are generally easier to set up.

FAQ

Do I need to buy a domain name separately?

Yes. PayFacile is not a domain registrar. You need to purchase your domain from a provider like OVH, Gandi, GoDaddy, or Namecheap, then connect it to PayFacile.

Can I use a domain I already own?

Yes, as long as you can modify the DNS records. If your domain already points to another site, you can use a subdomain (e.g. shop.yoursite.com) to avoid any conflict.
