Creator blog overview

Discover the blog built into your PayFacile storefront: features, dashboard, and key metrics.

What is the creator blog?

The creator blog is a blog built directly into your online storefront. It lets you publish articles to drive traffic, share your expertise, and engage your audience—without needing an external tool like WordPress or Substack.

Your articles are hosted on your PayFacile storefront and appear in the Blog section accessible by your visitors. Each article has its own SEO-optimized URL.

Accessing the blog

From the sidebar in your dashboard, go to Store → Blog. You’ll find:

  • Your article list with their status (draft, published, scheduled)
  • Key metrics (KPIs): total views, signups generated from the blog, most viewed article
  • The New article button to create content

Dashboard metrics

At the top of the Blog page, KPI cards give you a quick overview of your content performance:

  • Total views: total page views across all your articles
  • Top article: your best-performing article
  • Signups: newsletter signups generated from the blog

These metrics help you understand which content resonates with your audience and guide your editorial strategy.

Why use the creator blog

A blog integrated into your storefront has several advantages:

  • SEO: each article strengthens your organic search presence and attracts qualified traffic
  • Conversion: the blog lives on your storefront, right next to your products
  • Content gating: you can restrict certain articles to paying subscribers
  • Simplicity: everything is managed from the same dashboard as your products and orders

FAQ

Is the blog visible to all visitors?
Yes, by default. Every published article is publicly accessible on your storefront. However, you can restrict access to certain articles by enabling content gating (access reserved for subscribers of specific products).
Can I disable the blog?
The blog only appears on your storefront if you have at least one published article. If you have no published articles, the Blog section won’t be visible to your visitors.
