Schedule blog post publication on PayFacile: set a date, automatic publishing, and manage scheduled articles.

Set a publication date

When writing your article, you can choose the Scheduled status instead of Published. A date and time field appears, allowing you to set the exact publication time.

Select your desired date and time. The article will be automatically published at that moment, with no action needed from you.

How automatic publishing works

PayFacile regularly checks scheduled articles. When the publication date is reached, the article automatically switches to Published status and becomes visible on your storefront. It appears in the blog listing and becomes indexable by search engines.

Manage scheduled articles

In your article list, scheduled articles display the Scheduled status with the planned publication date. You can at any time:

  • Edit the article: content, categories, or SEO fields
  • Change the date: postpone or advance the publication
  • Publish immediately: switch the status to Published without waiting for the scheduled date
  • Cancel scheduling: switch back to Draft to remove the article from the publication queue

Is scheduled publishing accurate to the minute?
The check is performed at regular intervals by an automated job. Your article will be published within minutes of the scheduled time.
Can I schedule multiple articles in advance?
Yes. You can schedule as many articles as you want, each with its own publication date. It’s ideal for planning an editorial calendar ahead of time.
