Export your customers

Export your customer list as CSV from PayFacile: included columns, use cases, and step-by-step procedure.

Launch the export

Go to Customers from the sidebar. At the top of the list, click the Export to CSV button (download icon). The export generates a CSV file containing all customers matching your current filters. If no filters are applied, all your customers are exported.

CSV file contents

The exported file contains the following columns:

  • Identity: last name, first name, organization, tax information
  • Contact: email, phone
  • Billing address: street address, zip code, city, state/region, country
  • Delivery address: first name, last name, street address, zip code, city, state/region, country

The file opens in any spreadsheet application (Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc).

Use cases

The CSV export is useful for several scenarios:

  • Email marketing: import your list into Mailchimp, Brevo, or any other email tool to send newsletters
  • Accounting: send customer data to your accountant or import it into your invoicing software
  • Migration: export your customers to import them into another platform if needed
  • Analysis: create segments, charts, or custom reports in a spreadsheet

FAQ

Does the export include customer status and payment method status?
The CSV export includes identity, contact, and address data. For a complete view including statuses, check the dashboard directly where you can filter by status.
Can I export only certain customers?
Yes. Apply the desired filters (customer status, payment method status, text search) before launching the export. Only customers matching the active filters will be included in the file.
