Manage your customers

Find, filter, and manage all your customers from the PayFacile dashboard: search, status filters, detailed customer profile, and group actions.

The Customers page: overview

Go to Customers from the sidebar to access your full customer list. The table displays the name, email, customer status, payment method status, creation date, and last order date. Each row is clickable to access the detailed profile.

The counter at the top shows the total number of customers matching your current filters.

Search and filters

The search bar lets you find a customer by name or email address. Two complementary filters are available:

  • Customer status: Prospect, Subscriber, Active, Idle, Churned, Archived, Deleted, Anonymised
  • Payment method status: Active, Insufficient funds, Invalid, Expired, Expiring soon, Manual, None

Combine text search and filters to quickly isolate a customer segment. Your filters are preserved during your browsing session.

The detailed customer profile

Click on a customer to open their profile. You’ll find:

  • Personal information: name, email, phone, organization, billing and delivery addresses
  • Orders: complete order history with status, amount, and date
  • Payments: all associated payments with status and invoice

From the profile, you can edit customer information, send a portal invitation, or create a new order for that customer.

Edit customer information

On the customer profile, click Edit to update personal information: name, email, phone, billing and delivery addresses. Changes are saved immediately and synchronized with the billing system.

Group actions

From the customer list, you can select multiple customers using checkboxes to perform group actions: archive, delete, or export. Bulk selection is especially useful for cleaning up prospects who never ordered or archiving inactive accounts.
