Accepted file types
Complete list of accepted file types for digital products on PayFacile: PDF, ZIP, MP3, MP4, images, documents, and size limits.
Supported file formats
PayFacile accepts a wide variety of formats for your digital products:
- Documents: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT, CSV
- Archives: ZIP, RAR
- Audio: MP3, WAV, AAC, OGG
- Video: MP4, MOV, AVI, WebM
- Images: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, SVG
- Design: PSD, AI, EPS, INDD
- Fonts: OTF, TTF, WOFF
If your format isn’t listed, you can always compress it into a ZIP archive and upload it that way.
Maximum file size
The maximum file size depends on your PayFacile plan. This limit is displayed on your My subscription page in the dashboard. For large files (video courses, design assets), we recommend using a ZIP archive to bundle multiple files into a single upload.
Multiple files per product
Each digital product can contain multiple files. This is useful when selling a bundle (for example, a set of templates, a course with workbook + video, or a design kit with multiple formats). Each file is uploaded individually and the customer receives a download link for each one.
You can add or remove files at any time from the product editor, even after publishing.
