Track coupon usage
Track promo code usage on PayFacile: usage count, associated orders, and revenue impact.
View usage count
On the Marketing → Promo codes page, each promo code displays its usage counter directly in the list. You can see at a glance how many times each code has been used, relative to its maximum limit if one is set.
Identify associated orders
To find out which orders used a specific promo code, go to Orders. Orders that benefited from a promo code display the code name and discount amount in their details. This lets you trace the impact of each promotion on your sales.
Evaluate impact
To measure the effectiveness of your promotions, compare:
- Usage count: indicates the reach of your promotion
- Total discount amount: visible in the details of the relevant orders
- Conversion rate: compare sales during the promotional period with a normal period
This information helps you decide whether a promotion is worth repeating or adjusting.
FAQ
Can I export promo code usage data?
Orders with promo codes are included in the order export. You can export your orders in Excel format from the Orders page to analyze promo code usage in detail.
Does the counter reset?
No. The usage counter is cumulative and does not reset. It counts all uses since the code was created.
