Facebook Pixel
Connect the Facebook Pixel to your PayFacile store to track conversions, create custom audiences, and run remarketing on Facebook and Instagram.
What is the Facebook Pixel?
The Facebook Pixel (also called Meta Pixel) is a tracking script that records visitor actions on your store. This data allows Facebook to:
- Measure conversions from your Facebook and Instagram ads.
- Create custom audiences for remarketing (target visitors who did not purchase).
- Optimize ad delivery by targeting profiles similar to your buyers.
Connect the Facebook Pixel
From your PayFacile dashboard, go to Settings → Integration → Facebook Ads. Enter your Pixel ID (a 15-16 digit number found in Meta Business Suite → Events) and save.
PayFacile automatically loads the Pixel on all your store pages.
Events tracked
Once the Pixel is connected, PayFacile automatically sends standard events:
- PageView — every page visited.
- Purchase — every completed order, with amount and currency.
These events let Facebook measure the return on investment of your ad campaigns.
Create remarketing audiences
In Meta Business Suite, you can create audiences based on Pixel events:
- Visitors who viewed a product page but did not purchase.
- Customers who purchased in the last 30 days.
- Lookalike audiences based on your best customers.

Do I need GTM to install the Facebook Pixel?
No. PayFacile offers a native Facebook Pixel integration via Settings → Integration → Facebook Ads. You can also install it through GTM if you prefer to centralize your tags.
Does the Pixel comply with GDPR?
The Pixel collects browsing data. Make sure to inform your visitors through your privacy policy and comply with consent requirements based on your jurisdiction.
