Zapier: triggers and events

The Zapier integration lets you connect PayFacile to over 5,000 applications without writing code. When an event occurs on PayFacile (new order, payment received, etc.), Zapier automatically triggers actions in your other tools.

PayFacile exposes the following triggers in Zapier:

• New Order — fires when a customer places a new order.
• New Customer — fires when a new customer is created.
• Payment Received — fires when a payment is successfully collected.
• Subscription Started — fires when a new subscription starts.
• Subscription Terminated — fires when a subscription is terminated.

To authenticate PayFacile in Zapier:

1. In Zapier, search for PayFacile as the trigger application.
2. Click Connect an account.
3. Enter your API key, available in your PayFacile dashboard under Settings → Integration → Zapier.

Once authenticated, you can create Zaps using PayFacile triggers.

Popular automations include:

• New order → Add a row in Google Sheets — for accounting tracking.
• New customer → Add a contact in Mailchimp — for newsletter enrollment.
• Payment received → Send a Slack message — for real-time notifications.
• Subscription terminated → Create a task in Notion — for churn tracking.
