Analytics dashboard

Discover the PayFacile dashboard: key indicators (payments count, volume, average, failed), date range filter, revenue chart, and recent notifications.

Dashboard overview

The dashboard is the first page you see when logging into PayFacile. It gives you an at-a-glance overview of your business activity.

You will find your key performance indicators (KPIs), a revenue chart, and a list of your latest notifications.

Key indicators (KPIs)

At the top of the dashboard, four cards display your main metrics for the selected period:

  • Payments count — the total number of payments received.
  • Payment volume — the total amount collected.
  • Average payment — the average amount per transaction.
  • Failed payments — the number of payment attempts that failed.

These figures update based on the selected time period.

Date range filter

Use the period selector to display your data by Day, Week, or Month. This filter applies to both KPIs and the revenue chart.

By default, the dashboard shows data for the current month.

Revenue chart

A bar or line chart shows the evolution of your revenue over the selected period. It helps you spot trends, activity peaks, and slow days.

Recent notifications

At the bottom of the dashboard, you will find your latest notifications: new orders, payments received, subscriptions started or terminated. Click on a notification to go directly to the relevant order or customer.

FAQ

Do KPIs include free trial orders?
Payment KPIs only count payments that were actually collected. Free trial orders without an initial payment are not included in the volume or payment count.
Can I export dashboard data?
The dashboard is a summary view. To export detailed data, go to the Payments, Orders, or Customers sections and use the export function.
