Activate the PayFacile referral program so your existing customers can recommend your offer. Unique link, sharing, and rewards.

What is the referral program?

The referral program lets your existing customers recommend your store to their network. Each customer gets a unique link they can share. When a new customer signs up or purchases through that link, both parties can receive a reward.

It is a powerful growth lever: your satisfied customers become your ambassadors.

Access the referral program

From your dashboard, click Referral in the sidebar. You will access the configuration page and the tracking of ongoing referrals.

How it works

The referral journey has four steps:

  1. Your existing customer gets their unique referral link from their customer portal.
  2. They share this link with their network (email, social media, word of mouth).
  3. The new customer clicks the link and makes a purchase on your store.
  4. Both the referrer and the referred customer receive the configured reward.

Configuration

From the referral page, you can configure:

  • The reward type (discount on next order, credited amount, etc.).
  • Eligibility conditions (minimum purchase amount, first purchase only).
  • The custom message shown to the referrer and the referred customer.

Track referrals

The referral page shows the list of referrals: who referred whom, the date, the status (pending, validated, reward sent). You maintain full visibility over your program’s performance.

FAQ

Do my customers need to sign up to refer?
No. Any customer who has placed an order automatically has a referral link accessible from their customer portal.
Can I limit the number of referrals per customer?
The current configuration allows unlimited referrals. Each unique link is trackable, letting you monitor each referrer’s activity.
