Collect customer reviews on PayFacile: automatic email after order, display on product page, review moderation.

Why collect reviews?

Customer reviews build trust for future buyers. A product with positive reviews converts better than one with no feedback. On PayFacile, reviews are displayed directly on your product page.

Access review management

Go to Marketing → Reviews from your dashboard. You will find the list of all reviews received, their status (pending, approved, hidden), and customer details.

How reviews are collected

After an order, your customer receives an email inviting them to leave a review for the product they purchased. They click the link, give a star rating, and write a comment.

The email is sent automatically. You do not need to configure anything manually.

Where reviews appear

Approved reviews are displayed on the product page of your store, visible to all visitors. The average rating and review count are shown for each product.

Manage reviews

From the Marketing → Reviews page, you can:

  • Approve a review to make it visible on your store.
  • Hide an inappropriate or irrelevant review.

You maintain full control over which reviews are displayed publicly.

Is the review request email automatic?
Yes. The email is sent automatically after each order. You do not need to trigger it manually.
Can I customize the review request email?
The email uses the standard PayFacile template. You can customize your transactional email content from Settings → Emails.
