Customize the checkout page

Customize the appearance of your PayFacile checkout page: logo, colors, custom domain. Deliver a branded experience that builds trust.

Why customize the checkout?

The checkout page is the last step before conversion. A page consistent with your brand identity builds trust and reduces abandonment. PayFacile lets you adapt the checkout to your brand without touching any code.

Your customers see your logo, your colors, and your domain name — not a generic page. This is a direct lever on your conversion rate.

Add your logo and colors

To customize your checkout appearance:

  1. Go to Settings → Design from your dashboard
  2. Upload your logo — it will appear at the top of the checkout page and in your store header
  3. Set your primary color — it applies to buttons, links, and interactive elements on the checkout
  4. Save your changes

Your changes apply immediately to all pages of your store, including the checkout.

Use a custom domain

By default, your checkout page is accessible on a PayFacile subdomain. To strengthen your branding, you can connect your own domain name.

For example, instead of your-store.payfacile.com/checkout, your customers will see store.yourdomain.com/checkout. Domain configuration is done in Settings → Domain.

A custom domain improves customer trust and brand recognition throughout the entire purchase journey.

What the customer sees

On the checkout page, your customer sees:

  • Your logo at the top
  • An order summary: product name, selected options, quantity, and total price
  • The contact form (first name, last name, email, address if required)
  • Your custom questions (if configured)
  • The secure payment form (credit card or SEPA)

Everything is presented in a clean, responsive design optimized for conversion on both mobile and desktop.
