Preview emails
Preview your email templates on PayFacile: see how they render with sample data before sending to your customers.
Access the preview
From the Emails page, you’ll find a Preview emails link. Clicking it opens a view that displays all your email templates as they’ll appear in your customers’ inbox.
Sample data
Previewed emails are filled with fictional data (customer name, product, amount, etc.) to give you a realistic preview of the final result. Dynamic variables like {{customer_name}} or {{product_name}} are replaced with sample values.
This lets you verify:
- Layout and design
- Logo and color placement
- Content readability
- How variables render in context
Check before going live
We recommend previewing your emails after every template modification. This ensures your customers will receive professional, correctly formatted emails. It’s especially important if you’ve customized colors, logo, or template content.
