Customize your invoices
Configure how your invoices look: company name, address, logo, footer notes, and numbering. Make your invoices match your brand identity.
Why customize your invoices?
Every payment processed through your PayFacile store automatically generates an invoice. This invoice is emailed to your customer and available for download as a PDF.
A professional-looking invoice builds customer trust and meets legal requirements. PayFacile lets you customize every visible element on the invoice.
Access billing settings
Go to Settings → Billing/Invoicing from your dashboard. You will find all invoice customization fields there.
Company information
Fill in the information that will appear on every invoice:
- Company name: your business or trade name.
- Address: full address (street, postal code, city, country). Required for tax compliance.
- VAT number: if you are VAT-registered, this number appears on the invoice.
- Business registration number: for French businesses, this field displays your SIRET/SIREN identifier.
Company logo
Upload your logo to display it at the top of every invoice. Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, or SVG. A minimum width of 300 px is recommended for a crisp PDF rendering.
Footer notes
Add custom text that will appear at the bottom of every invoice. Common uses:
- Payment terms (e.g., "Due upon receipt")
- Bank details for wire transfers
- Required legal mentions
- Thank-you messages
This text applies by default to all invoices.
Invoice numbering
PayFacile automatically assigns a sequential number to each invoice. This number is unique and chronological, in compliance with legal requirements.
You can customize the numbering prefix (e.g., INV-2026-001) to match your accounting system.
Preview an invoice
Before finalizing your settings, preview a generated invoice. Go to Orders, open an existing order, and click Download invoice to check the result with your current settings.
