A product without an image converts 2 to 3 times worse than one with a professional visual. The cover image is the first thing your customers see — on the product card in your storefront, on the payment page, in transactional emails, and in link previews shared on social media.

Recommended dimensions and formats
Recommended size: 1200×800px (3:2 ratio). This resolution provides a sharp result on all screens, including Retina displays.
Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP.
Maximum size: 5MB. For fast loading, aim for under 500KB using a compression tool like TinyPNG or Squoosh.
The image is automatically cropped depending on the display context (product card, payment page). Place the main subject in the center for the best result.
How to add your image
In the product editor, click the image area to upload your file. That’s it. The image appears immediately in the preview.

1. Visual consistency
Use a uniform graphic style across all your products (same background, same framing). This strengthens the professionalism of your storefront.
2. Readable text
If your image contains text, verify it remains readable when the image is cropped to card format.
3. One image per product
Each product has a single cover image. To display additional visuals, add them in the product description as HTML content.
