Lots of visits, few sales? Or the opposite?

Your product is live but results aren’t meeting expectations. Before changing everything, look at the numbers. The Analytics tab on each product shows you exactly where things break down — and what to fix first.

Open a product from Products, then click the Analytics tab.

The 5 available metrics

PayFacile displays 5 metrics per product:

  • Visits — number of times the payment page was viewed
  • Pending orders — orders initiated but not yet finalized
  • Abandonment — visitors who viewed the page without ordering
  • Orders — total number of finalized orders
  • Revenue — total amount collected for this product

This data is updated in real time.

Diagnose and fix

Lots of visits, few orders? Your payment page attracts traffic but doesn’t convert. Check: is the price consistent with the market? Does the description highlight benefits? Is the image professional?

Few visits? The problem is upstream. Share your product link more, embed it on your existing website, or use the QR code for physical promotion.

High abandonment rate? Simplify the process: reduce the number of custom questions at checkout, verify that the payment method matches your audience.

Start from zero

If you tested your payment page multiple times before launch, you can reset the visit counter to start from zero. This option is available in the product’s Analytics tab.

FAQ

How often are analytics updated?
In real time. Every visit, order, and payment is counted instantly.
Can I export analytics data?
Product statistics aren’t directly exportable. For detailed analysis, use the order export in Orders → Export, which contains all sales data by product.
