You’re ready to sell
You have a product or service to offer. Here’s how to create your first listing in 3 minutes and get a payment link ready to share.
Which type should you pick?
- Subscription — if you want recurring revenue (monthly, yearly)
- Digital product — if the customer downloads something after payment
- Physical product — if you’re shipping an item
- Service — if it’s a one-time engagement
⚠️ Important: this choice is permanent. You cannot change the type after creation.
Step 1: Access product creation
Go to Products from the sidebar, then click New product in the top right. You can also use the New Action button available on every dashboard page—it lets you create a product, customer, or order in one click, regardless of which screen you’re on.
Step 2: Fill in the information
1. Product title
Choose a clear, descriptive name. This title appears on your storefront, on the payment page, and in emails sent to your customers.
2. Product type
Select from: Subscription, Digital product, Physical product, or Service. The type determines which fields are available (billing frequency for subscriptions, stock management for physical products, etc.).
3. Price
Enter the amount and currency. For subscriptions, you’ll also choose the billing frequency (monthly, annual, or custom).
4. Description
Write a description that highlights the benefits of your offer. It appears on the payment page and in your storefront.
Step 3: Add an image and publish
Add a cover image to give your product a professional look. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP. Recommended size: 1200×800px.
Once your information is complete, click Save. The product is created in offline mode by default. Switch the status to Online when you’re ready to sell.
Expected result
Your product is live with its own payment page. You can copy the link and send it to your customers immediately. The preview panel on the right side of the editor shows you in real time what your product will look like to your customers: title, price, image, and description as they’ll appear on the payment page.
