A status you don’t understand?

Your order displays an unfamiliar status? This guide is your reference. Find the status below to understand what it means and what actions are available.

Pending

The order has been initiated but payment has not been received yet. This can happen if:

  • The customer started the checkout but didn't complete it
  • Payment is being processed (SEPA direct debits take a few days)
  • A manual order was created without immediate payment

Action: resend the payment link via Actions → Send pending order link.

Running

The subscription is active and billed on a recurring basis. This is the primary status for your healthy subscriptions.

Available actions: suspend, change renewal date, terminate.

In Trial

The subscription is in its free trial period. No billing occurs. At the end, it automatically moves to "Running" and the first billing is triggered.

Completed

The one-time order has been fully paid. No renewals expected. For physical products, shipping may still be required.

Suspended

The subscription is temporarily paused. Billing is stopped but the order is not terminated. The customer retains access until the end of the current period.

Action: reactivate via Actions → Reactivate subscription.

Terminated

⚠️ Permanent. The subscription is ended. No future billing. The customer loses access. To re-engage this customer, create a new order.

Ending at next term

Termination is scheduled but the customer retains access until the end of the current billing period. At the next renewal, the status will change to "Terminated."
